Looking for the best rooftop wedding venues in Los Angeles? Got you covered! I am a wedding photographer in Los Angeles and I've seen some spaces that definitely take one's breath away in terms of a beautiful view of the city.
The BEST Rooftop Wedding Venues in Los Angeles
Los Angeles Athletic Club Wedding
This rooftop wedding venue is in the heart of downtown Los Angeles and it offers killer views of the city. It's great for larger weddings of 100 people or more, as well as small, intimate elopements.
The Los Angeles Athletic club is really elegant and has a wood interior, giving it an overall warmth. It's been a Los Angeles landmark for over a century, as it was founded in 1880. This venue has 12 stories, making the views from the rooftop terrace really spectacular. Guests will have sweeping panoramic sights of the skyscrapers, city lights, and Los Angeles skyline.
A Los Angeles Athletic Club Wedding also has several other perks. The space has a really cool bar & lounge area; it's super swanky and transports back one to the early 1900s. The hotel/venue also has rich mahogany paneling throughout, leather furniture, gorgeous antiques, like grandfather clocks, light fixtures, etc.
Overall, this space has a really elegant and somewhat masculine atmosphere. If that's your thing, you'll definitely fall in love with this space.
The London West Hollywood Wedding
This rooftop wedding venue in Los Angeles is modern, sophisticated, and fun. It has a romantic English-style garden, gorgeous ballroom, rooftop terrace with striking views, a penthouse suite area, etc.
This downtown LA wedding venue is stunning. The wedding is held in the penthouse, which offers panoramic views of Los Angeles. The penthouse also includes the SkyDeck featuring outdoor seating with breathtaking views of the LA Skyline.
I love that the South Park Center offers the best of both worlds. Most Los Angles rooftop wedding venues are all outdoors. Meaning in order to see the views of Los Angeles, one has to be outside the entire time. While the weather in LA is usually great, it does get really hot in the summer months. However, a South Park Center wedding avoids this. Guest can be stay comfortable inside the penthouse, while still enjoying the incredible panoramic views of Los Angeles.
Rooftop Terrace LA Live Wedding
Ok, this space has SPECTACULAR views of the downtown LA skyline and buildings. It's a sophisticated and chic rooftop wedding venue that is close to a lot of really fun things to do. This is perfect if you have guests who are coming from out of town. If they stay near the wedding venue, they will be in an optimal location, close to various restaurants, activities, etc.
The venue itself also offers guests incredible food with Wolfgang Puck being this venue's caterer.
Hilton Checkers Los Angeles Wedding
Hilton Checkers is in the heart of Los Angeles. The building itself has a beautiful architecture, as well as direct access to the city. Their rooftop terrace is suitable for up to 150 guests.
If you'd looking for gorgeous views of the ocean, Rancho Del Cielo is located on a hill overlooking Malibu and the sea. Beyond its beautiful views, Rancho Del Cielo also has a lot of interesting plants on the property. This is perfect fit you’re going for a wedding vibe that integrates both breathtaking views, along with the natural beauty nature offers.
This is a small rooftop wedding venue in Los Angeles offers views of the sea and is in a fun, iconic location. It's located on Venice beach's boardwalk, making it the perfect choice for a couple looking to have a wedding with a vibe that is a blend of: artsy, eclectic, relaxed, and California beachy. I highly recommend this LA wedding venue for intimate weddings of 50 people or less.
This Inn is so charming and beautiful. Located in Laguna Beach, it's walking distance from a lot of boutiques, restaurants, and of course, the beach itself.
It offers gorgeous views of the ocean and also has access to the beach. So you and your parter can head down to the water for some portraits.
Those are my recommended Los Angeles Outdoor Wedding Venues. I hope you found some that you’re excited to check out. If you have any questions or are looking for a California wedding photographer, feel free to reach me HERE.
