The Valley Hunt Club is a country club located in Pasadena, California. It's got amazing architecture, a good combination of indoor and outdoor spaces, a lovely ceremony and cocktail hour site, and more!
Jessica had a first look with her dad, which is one of my absolute favorite moments to document. This moment always tends to be really emotional and sweet.
I really love these photos of Jessica with her parents and Neal with his parents. I always recommend allotting plenty of time for family portraits to leave room for the formal "look at camera and smile" shots, as well as some more candid "in the moment shots."
In my opinion, these types of photos are the one's you'll look back at 20 years from now. They will be the one's that will always warm your heart! With that said, my biggest tip is to leave enough time for those immediate family portrait shots.
This photo captured one my absolute favorite moments of the day - that point in time RIGHT BEFORE Jessica was about to walk down the aisle with her dad. They glanced over at one another...and it was seriously just the sweetest.
Valley Hunt Club Pasadena Wedding Booking Details
I believe in order to have a wedding at the Valley Hunt Club, one needs to be a member or be sponsored by a member. With that said, it's not the easiest of venues to get married at. However, if you are a member or can get sponsored, it is SO worth it as this venue is really beautiful. To this way, the wedding I shot there has been one of my favorites ever!

Why I Love Pasadena
Being a Pasadena wedding photographer comes with so much to do and explore. Pasadena is filled with:
Museums, art, all sorts of restaurants, nightlife, bookshops, beautiful architecture, picturesque coffee shops, a wide variety of gardens and parks, wine shops, the rose bowl, etc.
The variety this city offers is one of the main reasons I absolutely love being a Pasadena Wedding Photographer. It’s a great location not only for a larger wedding, but also for a Pasadena elopement or micro wedding.
